All BRUCLE fashion products and leather goods are made in Italy by our expert artisans, the excellence of high Italian craftsmanship.

Some metal components that are not available in Italy may be produced in Germany, France or the UK.

How can I find out if a product is available on the website?

If a product can be added to the cart, it means that it is available.
Any customization can lengthen order processing times.
On the product page approximate times for customizations are indicated.
These times are not binding and may be subject to changes.
We are committed to communicate as promptly as possible any problems or delays in order processing.

What can I do if a product is not available on the website?

If a product is not available, it is likely that it has sold out and is therefore being restocked.
To be notified when the product is back in stock, you can subscribe to the automatic notification service via email or you can access the configurator and create a customized accessory, and we will make it especially for you.
You can also contact us and we will be happy to assist you by providing you with the requested information.

How do I know if there are any promotions?

Are customized products ready for delivery?

Products that involve customization require longer processing times than standard products.
When ordering, the system will inform you about the indicative processing times.
No returns or modifications such as size changes are provided for customized products.
Any modifications or changes are possible only before the order status is changed "Awaiting customization".
It is always be possible to check the status of the order from your account.

What does the “Waistsize” measurement stand for?

Waistsize measurement is a univocal measure that refers to the circumference wherever the belt is worn.
Women generally wear the belt either high-waisted, standard-waisted or low-waisted clothing.
These 3 ways to wear the belt give back 3 different waist sizes.
We always recommend that you follow the instructions included in our size guide to find the size to choose, or, alternatively, to select a larger size, and eventually, once received, shorten the belt to the exact size you need.

What is the size of the suspenders?

Elastic suspenders have a standard size of 120 cm. This means that the maximum length corresponds to about 120 cm if used with the clips, 124 cm if used with the leather mustache connectors for buttons. They are adjustable, so they can be shortened to 80 cm when used with clips and 84 cm if used with mustache connectors. What is the bespoke service?

The bespoke service is a service that BRUCLE makes available to our customers: the possibility of having a customized size or a personal design of the accessory, made specifically upon client request.

You can request the product to be without packaging directly from the cart summary.

Why is my real crocodile / real python / real ray accessory not the same as in the photo on the website?

Because no two identical pieces of leather exist! As such, there is no belt or wallet that is exactly the same as another and, more generally, each product is a unique handmade piece. Small imperfections are not to be considered flaws, but unique and inimitable properties that further guarantee the genuineness of the product itself.
