1.1. Orders received before 15:00 will be processed on the same working day (only payment by credit card, paypal or cash on delivery, excluding orders that require customizations)

1.2 Orders are processed after checking the availability of the product and checking the payment. In case of payment errors, the order will not be processed.



2.2.1. Delivery takes place on the next business day after fulfillment for most of the destination locations.

2.2.1. For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Basilicata, smaller islands and remote areas (as identified by the courier) the standard delivery is 2-3 working days.

2.2.5. Delivery by appointment Customers who wish can request the delivery service by appointment. Travel times in this mode are extended by one day. Once shipped, your order will arrive at the relevant branch that takes care of the delivery. You will be contacted by the branch (it is very important to indicate a telephone number at the time of ordering at which you are always available) to agree on the date and time of delivery. Delivery by appointment requires a minimum delivery time of 2 working days.


2.3.1. Deliveries vary between 2 and 5 working days, except in exceptional cases. For shipments outside the EU, times depend on the state of destination.

2.3.2 For non-EU shipments of products subject to CITES certificate (exotic leathers such as python and crocodile protected by the Washington Convention) shipments will be delayed by 2-4 weeks and an increase of 90 euros necessary for the request and fulfillment of the CITES certificate. Shipments to Italy and other countries of the European community do not require the CITES certificate and will be processed and delivered in 1-3 days throughout Europe (excluding remote areas). In some periods of the year, for internal organizational needs, the shipments of CITES certified products can be disabled, therefore the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.

2.4 At the time of shipment we will send an e-mail with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status. We ask you to check the external appearance of the package at the time of delivery: if it is damaged, please proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier or alternatively sign the delivery note with RESERVE OF CONTROL as well as at the point 6.4 of the Conditions of Sale.


3.1. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is the formula we use for shipments to countries within the EU, or in the absence of customs.
In these destinations the goods will arrive directly at the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid at the time of the order.

3.2. For all other countries or in EXTRA-EEC and in the presence of customs, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, so the courier may present himself with a separate invoice with which he requests the payment of duties and taxes required by the authorities. premises according to the dispositions of the countries of destination.
BRUCLE is unable to calculate or provide information regarding these costs. We advise you to inform yourself in advance.

4. The items ordered will be accompanied by a delivery document that will be placed inside the package or in the pocket outside the package.

5. BRUCLE is responsible for the goods until delivery to the customer or to their representative. Shipments are all made by courier and can be tracked with proof of delivery and digital scan of the recipient's signature.

6. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail with the waybill number to follow the progress of the shipment.

7. On the portal of the relevant courier you will find the expected delivery date indicated. However, this date is not binding.
