In order to return an item you ordered, you may go to your Account and click on the Returns page.
If you are a registered user, you may go directly to point 2.
If you made an order without being a registered user, the easiest way to make a return is to transform your guest account into a registered account. You will just have to go to the following link:
You will find this screen:
Insert the requested data, i.e. your order code and the email from which you received the confirmation of your order.
In the following page you will find the summary of your order, the link to monitor your shipment and the total sum of the purchase. At the bottom of the page you will find the following:"You cannot make a return with a guest account".
Once you have inserted a password of at least 5 characters and clicked on send, you will see the following screen:
Once you are in your account page with username and password, you need to click on Order history.
Click on the order with the article/articles you want to return and you will be sent to a page with the summary of the order.
Select the article/articles you want to return.
After selecting them, you will have to enter a reason for returning the items and then to click on Return.
You will be redirected to a summary with the history of your returns (also visible from: Account --> Returns).
Your return is awaiting confirmation. BRUCLE's autorization is necessary in order for the return to be made. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow and the address you will send the items to. From your account, you may see that the Return status has changed.
OOnce the package has been received, the status will change once again.
The return has been completed. You will finally receive a confirmation after the contents of the package have been checked.
The refund will be made in the same way you made your order (with the exception of cash on delivery orders, for which the refund will be made via wire transfer).
