What is the time limit to ask for a return?

The right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date you received the order. Custom and tailor-made orders are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Can I try on the accessories without losing the right of return?

The right of withdrawal applies to products that have the warranty seal intact, and with both the packaging and the product perfectly intact, therefore resalable. It is allowed to try on to check if the size is correct, but without compromising the integrity of the product.

How can I make a return?

The return request must be made from the site in order to obtain an RMA number to indicate in the waybill and in the package. Returns made without RMA may not be received properly and may not be refunded.

I have made the return, when will the refund be issued?

The return processing time is 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, therefore the refund will be made within 14 days. The actual timing of credit on your payment method depends on your carrier.

I have returned an order, can I have a refund on another credit card or by bank transfer?

No, the re-credit of a return can only be done in the same form of payment used during the purchase.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?

If you have ordered the wrong size, you can make an exchange if the requested size is available in stock. You can make the request independently on the site from your user control panel under ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS or contact us for more information. The product to be returned must in any case be intact and in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and not tampered with.

Can I make a partial return of an order?

Yes, it is possible, but you must take into account that if you have taken advantage of promotions linked to the achievement of an order threshold, and with the return the achievement of this threshold is not reached, we will refund the item by deducting the amount of the discount, which you can use on a subsequent order that meets the requirements.

The discount code will be visible in your account by clicking "vouchers".

Example: you order two items of equal cost for a total amount of 80€, using the newsletter discount of 10 euros valid for orders over 50€, therefore paying 70€. If you return one of the two items, the refund you are entitled to will be 30€.

I have ordered a coordinated set, can I return one of the items that compose it?

Our coordinated sets make the combined purchase of multiple items more convenient, with a special price on the proposed combinations. The package must be returned in its entirety, as it is made up of a single code.

Can I return a product that was gifted to me?

No, the return must be made exclusively by those who placed the order and through an RMA request.

Can I return a personalized product?

No, customized products cannot be returned.

However, the conditions of warranty on manufacturing defects remain unchanged.

Are shipping costs subject to refund?

Standard shipping costs (if paid with the order) are included in the refund. Any additional shipping fees, such as scheduled delivery, Saturday delivery, or express delivery, are non-refundable. The costs for returning the product are always borne by the customer.
