in Italy for orders over €39;
within the EU (no customs) for orders over €69;
to non-EU countries for orders over €350;
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Personalized products* are not eligible for return.
"Personalized" refers to any product modified from the standard at the customer’s request, including engravings, neutral suspender adjusters, custom leather colors or sizes, buckle replacements, changes to the metal finish, and any other non-standard customization.
